Absolutely! We repair PCs, iMacs, tablets, iPads, gaming consoles, and various other small gadgets. However, please note that we might need a bit more time for Windows laptops as we have limited parts available.

Q. Will Apple Care cover my dropped MacBook?

Apple Care does not cover liquid damage or physical damage. However, Apple Care Plus does cover liquid and physical damage, but it comes with a deductible. For screen damage, the deductible is $99.00, and for liquid and physical damage or replacement, it's $315.00. This coverage applies to Apple portable computers released in 2016 and onwards.

Q. I spilled water on my MacBook Pro, and it still works fine. What should I do?

Even if your MacBook seems fine after a water spill, it's crucial not to turn it on. When the power is on, the logic board heats up, and any remaining liquid can cause more severe damage. Turn it off immediately and bring it to our store. We'll clean the residual water from the logic board to prevent future issues.

Q. How much does It cost to replace a cracked screen?

The screen replacement cost varies depending on your laptop's model and year. Before asking for a quote, please provide us with your laptop's information. For screen installation, we charge:

- $65 for MacBook Air 2011-2015

- $85 for Retina screen 2015-2020 MacBook Air

- $105 for MacBook Pro screen installation.

Q. Can you repair devices under warranty?

If your device is still under warranty, we highly suggest getting in touch with the manufacturer or your warranty provider for repairs. Our services are mainly for devices that are no longer covered by warranties.

Q. Do you offer expedited repair services?

Yes, we understand that some repairs require urgent attention. Ahatron Tech offers expedited repair services for an additional fee of $45 — depending on availability.

Q. What happens If my device can't be repaired?

If we can't repair your device, or if the repair cost exceeds the price of the device itself — we'll let you know. We can help you retrieve your data, recycle the device, or suggest a replacement.
